gltrace: Use consistent param names on draw calls.
`primcount` is used in non-ARB extensions with inconsistent meaning.
Match ARB by instead `instancecount` and `drawcount`.
This makes the wrapper code simpler, and makes it easier for humans to
interpret the params too.
