gltrace: Add support for configuration file to override GL version, extensions, etc.
We look for a "gltrace.conf" file which specifies version, extension, vendor, etc. values to override what the actual OpenGL driver advertises. When the app calls glGetString, glGetInteger, etc, we return the override value if it was defined, otherwise we call through to the real driver.
