drm/amdgpu: introduce graphics object id helpers.
DAL hides these inside the bios parser, we need them separate to use here, so copy them over. I'll add more to this as I go. This also needs the ones to translate objects back that aren't in here currently. Signed-off-by: Dave Airlie <airlied@redhat.com>
