Fix typo in debug message in MakeAllCLTSServerListenersXORG-6_7_99_1
Add $(GETPEER_DEFINES) to DEPEND_DEFINES for makedepend
Add "localuser" and "localgroup" access types to server-interpreted
authentication scheme.
