Click in front of a field, and then choose this command.</ahelp> In the dialog, you can use the arrow buttons to move to the previous or the next field.

<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3155142" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="U" oldref="10">Lists the type of field that you are editing.</paragraph>

For date, time, and user-defined fields, you can also click "Additional formats" in the list, and then choose a different format.</ahelp> The formats that are available depend on the type of field that you are editing.</paragraph>
<paragraph role="heading" id="hd_id3149556" xml-lang="en-US" level="2" l10n="U" oldref="24">Offset</paragraph>
<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3145256" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="CHG" oldref="25">Displays the offset for the selected field type, for example, for "Next Page," "Page Numbers" or "Previous Page". You can enter a new offset value which will be added to the displayed page number.</paragraph>
<paragraph role="warning" id="par_id5081637" xml-lang="en-US" l10n="NEW">If you want to change the actual page number and not the displayed number, do not use the <emph>Offset</emph> value. To change page numbers, read the <link href="text/swriter/guide/pagenumbers.xhp" name="Page Numbers"><emph>Page Numbers</emph></link> guide.</paragraph>
