Resolves: tdf#99272 new Short[] used instead of new short[]
bridge code expects to see short[] not Short[] so the mapping
doesn't work and office blows up
regression from...

java: use 'Short.valueOf' instead of 'new Short'
git grep "new Short\[\]" shows two suspicious cases of this in odk, but they
were always thus, so leaving them untouched.
