tdf#104686: do not crash if Menu has been somehow disposed

The rare crashes in MenuFloatingWindow::ImplGetStartY() and
MenuFloatingWindow::ImplScroll(bool) likely happen because
of a disposed Menu.

Let's guard against invalid accesses.
