Update git submodules

* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'libreoffice-7-6'
  to 774b8b7a6b2abee14b1badeee35470d2acccea2c
  - Move z-index rule to CSS stylesheet we control
    
    Previously a fix was pushed to prism css file, which can
    be changed by the upstream project. Instead overwrite the
    rule in our files.
