Documentation: PCI: Use PCI_IRQ_INTX instead of PCI_IRQ_LEGACY
Change all references to PCI_IRQ_LEGACY to PCI_IRQ_INTX in the PCI documentation to reflect that PCI_IRQ_LEGACY is deprecated.
