2016-02-16gpio: Include linux/gpio.h instead of asm/gpio.hBjorn Helgaas1-1/+1
Most arches have an asm/gpio.h that merely includes linux/gpio.h. The others select ARCH_HAVE_CUSTOM_GPIO_H, and when that's selected, linux/gpio.h includes asm/gpio.h. Therefore, code should include linux/gpio.h instead of including asm/gpio.h directly. Remove includes of asm/gpio.h, adding an include of linux/gpio.h when necessary. This is a follow-on to 7563bbf89d06 ("gpiolib/arches: Centralise bolierplate asm/gpio.h"). 2012-03-29sh: Support I/O space swapping where needed.Paul Mundt1-0/+49
This adopts a trimmed down version of the MIPS port mangling interface limited to the I/O swabbing for platforms that can't use little endian accessors. For platforms with mixed I/O spaces involving PCI it will still be necessary to enable byte swapping at the host controller level. Attention needs to be paid to all of host controller endianness, CPU endianness, and whether I/O accesses are explicitly swapped or not via SWAP_IO_SPACE. Fortunately the platforms that need this are in the minority. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

2010-10-29sh: mach-edosk7705: Kill off machtype, consolidate board def.Paul Mundt1-7/+0
Trivial shuffling and tidying. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
2010-10-29sh: mach-systemh: Kill off dead board.Paul Mundt1-71/+0
This code has been untouched since it was merged many years ago, and has severely bitrotted since, suggesting that the board has no real users left. Notice of intent to remove has been sent out over the last few years, with no takers. Kill it off. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
2010-10-29sh: mach-snapgear: Kill off machtype, consolidate board def.Paul Mundt1-0/+0
Only the secureedge5410 was ever supported by this code, so make the board specification explicit rather than perpetuating a mach group. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
2010-10-29sh: mach-snapgear: Rip out superfluous PIO routines.Paul Mundt1-22/+0
None of these PIO routines do anything other than basic error checking, get rid of them and use the generic fallbacks. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
2010-10-29sh: mach-microdev: SuperIO-relative ioport mapping.Paul Mundt1-9/+0
The microdev only has to contend with silly PIO mangling on anything within the SuperIO range. As each of the SuperIO modules is already speciail cased, we just shift that logic over to the ioport map. With microdev PCI never being merged (and being fudamentally broken in hardware), and the ethernet chip only doing 16-bit accesses already, there's no need to maintain any of the extra special casing. Kill it all off. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
2010-06-21sh: SH-2007 board support.Hitoshi Mitake1-0/+117
This patch series adds support for ITO Co., Ltd.'s SH-2007 reference platform (A PC-104 based SH7780 platform). This is a direct port of the out-of-tree board support from the vendor's kernel, originally located at: http://ms-n.org/sh-linux/kernel/ More information on the board and the vendor can be obtained from the vendor's site at: http://www.itonet.co.jp/ Presently supported peripherals are CF and ethernet, with support for the on-board IDE still pending further testing. 2010-05-31sh: add romImage MMCIF boot for sh7724 and Ecovec V2Magnus Damm1-0/+10
This patch is V2 of the MMCIF romImage boot support for sh7724 and the Ecovec board. With this patch applied and CONFIG_ROMIMAGE_MMCIF selected the romImage kernel image can be written to a MMC card and booted directly by the sh7724 cpu. 2010-01-26sh: Mass ctrl_in/outX to __raw_read/writeX conversion.Paul Mundt1-6/+6
The old ctrl in/out routines are non-portable and unsuitable for cross-platform use. While drivers/sh has already been sanitized, there is still quite a lot of code that is not. This converts the arch/sh/ bits over, which permits us to flag the routines as deprecated whilst still building with -Werror for the architecture code, and to ensure that future users are not added. 2009-11-04ALSA: sh: add SuperH DAC audio driver for ALSA V4Rafael Ignacio Zurita1-0/+4
This is a port of the sound/oss/sh_dac_audio.c driver. The driver uses an on-chip 8-bit D/A converter, which has a speaker connected to one of its channels, found in several ancient HP machines. For interrupts it uses a high-resolution timer (hrtimer). Tested on SH7709 based hp6xx (HP Jornada 680/690 and HP Palmtop 620lx/660lx). Also, since OSS Emulation works, the old OSS sound/oss/sh_dac_audio.c driver would be obsolete soon, and it could be removed.
