Pull Kbuild fixes from Masahiro Yamada:

 - Make the *.mod build rule portable for POSIX awk

 - Fix regression of 'make nsdeps'

 - Make scripts/check-local-export working for older bash versions

 - Fix scripts/gdb to extract the .config data from vmlinux
