documentation: Add links to TRACE_EVENT documentation
documentation: Add links to TRACE_EVENT documentation Existing tracepoint documentation doesn't mention the popular TRACE_EVENT macro. Since an excellent series of articles on proper usage already exists, respective links are added to the existing documentation.
