accel/amdxdna: use modern PM helpersHEADfor-linux-nextdrm-misc-next
The old SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS and SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS macros cause a build
warning when CONFIG_PM is disabled:
