2014-11-13PCI: tegra: Add Kconfig help textThierry Reding1-0/+3
Add a standard help text to the Kconfig entry for the Tegra PCIe host controller driver. Signed-off-by: Thierry Reding <treding@nvidia.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
2014-11-13PCI: tegra: Do not build on 64-bit ARMThierry Reding1-1/+1
32-bit and 64-bit ARM use very different infrastructure to register a PCI host bridge. The Tegra PCIe host controller driver currently only supports the 32-bit ARM infrastructure, so prevent it from being built on 64-bit ARM where it will break. 2014-11-05PCI: generic: Convert to DT resource parsing APILorenzo Pieralisi1-93/+27
In order to consolidate DT configuration for PCI host controllers in the kernel, a new API, of_pci_get_host_bridge_resources(), was developed to allow parsing and assigning IO/BUS/MEM resources from DT, removing duplicated code present in the majority of PCI host driver implementations. Convert the existing PCI generic host controller driver to the new API. Most of the code parsing ranges and creating resources is now delegated to the of_pci_get_host_bridge_resources() API. The PCI host controller code filters the resulting resource list and maps IO space by using the newly introduced pci_ioremap_iospace() API. New code supports only one IO resource per generic host controller, which should cater for all existing host controller configurations. [bhelgaas: changelog] Signed-off-by: Lorenzo Pieralisi <lorenzo.pieralisi@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com> Acked-by: Will Deacon <will.deacon@arm.com>
2014-11-05PCI: generic: Allocate config space windows after limiting bus number rangeLorenzo Pieralisi1-5/+5
The number of config space windows allocated for the host bridge depends on how many bus numbers are below the bridge. Instead of first allocating the windows and then limiting the bus resource, this patch reshuffles the code so that if any limitation is applied to the bus resource, it is taken into account in the windows allocation. 2014-10-17bna: fix skb->truesize underestimationEric Dumazet1-1/+1
skb->truesize is not meant to be tracking amount of used bytes in an skb, but amount of reserved/consumed bytes in memory. For instance, if we use a single byte in last page fragment, we have to account the full size of the fragment. skb->truesize can be very different from skb->len, that has a very specific safety purpose. 2014-10-17dsa: Fix conversion from host device to mii busGuenter Roeck2-8/+22
Commit b4d2394d01bc ("dsa: Replace mii_bus with a generic host device") replaces mii_bus with a generic host_dev, and introduces dsa_host_dev_to_mii_bus() to support conversion from host_dev to mii_bus. However, in some cases it uses to_mii_bus to perform that conversion. Since host_dev is not the phy bus device but typically a platform device, this fails and results in a crash with the affected drivers. 2014-10-17r8152: return -EBUSY for runtime suspendhayeswang1-7/+15
Remove calling cancel_delayed_work_sync() for runtime suspend, because it would cause dead lock. Instead, return -EBUSY to avoid the device enters suspending if the net is running and the delayed work is pending or running. The delayed work would try to wake up the device later, so the suspending is not necessary. Signed-off-by: Hayes Wang <hayeswang@realtek.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2014-10-16Input: xen-kbdfront - free grant table entry in xenkbd_disconnect_backendChang Huaixin1-2/+2
xenkbd_disconnect_backend doesn't free grant table entry. This bug affects live migration. xenkbd_disconnect_backend uses gnttab_end_foreign_access_ref to handle grant table entry which doesn't really free an entry. Thus every time we do xenkbd_resume, grant table entry increses by one. As an grant table entry occupies 8 bytes, an grant table page has at most 512 entries. Every 512 times we do xenkdb_resume, grant table pages increses by one. After around 3500 times of live migration, grant table pages will increase by 7, causing too many pages to populate and hitting max_pages limit when assigning pages. Thus assign_pages will fail, so will live migration.
