This commit introduces the definitions for the ICL clocks and adds the
basic functions to the shared DPLL framework. It adds code for the
Enable and Disable sequences for some PLLs, but it does not have the
code to compute the actual PLL values, which are marked as TODO
comments and should be introduced as separate commits.
Special thanks to James Ausmus for investigating and fixing a bug with
the placement of icl_unmap_plls_to_ports() function.
v2:
- Rebase around dpll_lock changes.
v3:
- The spec now says what the timeouts should be.
- Touch DPCLKA_CFGCR0_ICL at the appropriate time so we don't freeze
the machine.
- Checkpatch found a white space problem.
- Small adjustments before upstreaming.
v4:
- Move the ICL checks out of the *map_plls_to_ports() functions
(James)
- Add extra encoder check (James)
- Call icl_unmap_plls_to_ports() later (James)
v5:
- Rebase after the pll struct changes.
v6:
- Properly make the unmap function based on encoders_post_disable()
with regarding to checks and iterators.
- Address checkpatch comment on "min = max = x()".

Although CNL follows PLL initialization more like Skylake
than Broxton we have a completely different initialization
sequence and registers used.
One big difference from SKL is that CDCLK PLL is now
exclusive (ADPLL) and for DDIs and MIPI we need to use
DFGPLLs 0, 1 or 2.
v2: Accept all Ander's suggestions and fixes:
- Registers and bits names prefix
- Group pll functions
- bits masks fixes
- remove read and modify on cfgcr1
- fix cfgcr0 setup
v3: Set SSC_ENABLE for DP.
Fix HDMI_MODE cfgcr0.
Avoid touch cfgcr0 on DP.
Add missed else on dpll_mgr definition so we use cnl one, not hsw.
v3: Centra freq should be always set to default and change bits
definitions to (1 << 1) instead of (1<<1). (by Paulo)
v4: Rebased.

The function intel_ddi_get_link_dpll() was added in f169660ed4e5
("drm/i915/dp: Add a standalone function to obtain shared dpll for
HSW/BDW/SKL/BXT") to "allow for the implementation of a platform
neutral upfront link training function", but such implementation
never landed.
So remove that function and clean up the exported shared DPLL interface.

The function intel_get_shared_dpll() had a more or less generic
implementation with some platform specific checks to handle smaller
differences between platforms. However, the minimalist approach forces
bigger differences between platforms to be implemented outside of the
shared dpll code (see the *_ddi_pll_select() functions in intel_ddi.c,
for instance).
This patch changes the implementation of intel_get_share_dpll() so that
a completely platform specific version can be used, providing helpers to
reduce code duplication. This should allow the code from the ddi pll
select functions to be moved, and also make room for making more dplls
managed by the shared dpll infrastructure.
