2024-06-14accel/ivpu: Remove unused ivpu_rpm_get_if_active()Jacek Lawrynowicz1-1/+0
This is now dead code and has to be removed. Signed-off-by: Jacek Lawrynowicz <jacek.lawrynowicz@linux.intel.com> Reviewed-by: Wachowski, Karol <karol.wachowski@intel.com> Link: https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/msgid/20240611120433.1012423-16-jacek.lawrynowicz@linux.intel.com
2024-06-14accel/ivpu: Implement DCT handlingJacek Lawrynowicz1-0/+6
When host system is under heavy load and the NPU is already running on the lowest frequency, PUNIT may request Duty Cycle Throttling (DCT). This will further reduce NPU power usage. PUNIT requests DCT mode using Survabilty IRQ and mailbox register. The driver then issues a JSM message to the FW that enables the DCT mode. If the NPU resets while in DCT mode, the driver request DCT mode during FW boot. Also add debugfs "dct" file that allows to set arbitrary DCT percentage, which is used by driver tests. 2024-06-14accel/ivpu: Remove suspend_reschedule_counterJacek Lawrynowicz1-2/+1
Don't retry runtime suspend. It is now expected to succeed on the first try. After autosuspend_delay passed, FW should already be idle and ready for warm suspend. 2024-01-25accel/ivpu: Improve recovery and reset supportJacek Lawrynowicz1-2/+4
- Synchronize job submission with reset/recovery using reset_lock - Always print recovery reason and call diagnose_failure() - Don't allow for autosupend during recovery - Prevent immediate autosuspend after reset/recovery - Prevent force_recovery for issuing TDR when device is suspended - Reset VPU instead triggering recovery after changing debugfs params Signed-off-by: Jacek Lawrynowicz <jacek.lawrynowicz@linux.intel.com> Reviewed-by: Wachowski, Karol <karol.wachowski@intel.com> Link: https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/msgid/20240122120945.1150728-4-jacek.lawrynowicz@linux.intel.com
