All of the thermal zone suppliers are interrupt-driven, remove the
bogus and unnecessary polling that only wastes CPU time.

Add charger to PM660 PMIC. Readings from round-robin ADC
are needed for charger to function, so add it as well.

As discussed in [1] it is more convenient to use a generic `channel`
node name for ADC channels while storing a friendly - board-specific
instead of PMIC-specific - name in the label, if/when desired to
overwrite the channel description already contained (but previously
unused) in the driver [2]. Follow up on the dt-bindings' `channel` node
name requirement, and instead provide this (sometimes per-board) channel
description through a label property.
Also remove all the unused label references (not to be confused with
label properties) from pm660, pmp8074 and pms405.

Bindings expect thermal node names to end with '-thermal', so fix pm660
and pm660l:
sda660-inforce-ifc6560.dtb: thermal-zones: 'pm660', 'pm660l' do not match any of the regexes: '^[a-zA-Z][a-zA-Z0-9\\-]{1,12}-thermal$', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

The register address in the node name is shadowing vph_pwr@83, whereas
the ADC5_VCOIN register resolves to 0x85. Fix this copy-paste
discrepancy.

The bindings require all PMIC GPIO nodes to have two compatibles -
specific followed by SPMI or SSBI fallback. Add the fallback to fix

It's not worth duplicating the same node over and over again,
so let's keep the common bits in the pm660 DTSI, making only
changing the status and keycode necessary.
Also, disable RESIN/PWR by default just in case if there are
devices that doesn't use them.

It turns out that the pm660 PON is a GEN2 device. Update the compatible
to "qcom,pm8998-pon" and add reboot mode support, so that devices can be
rebooted into bootloader and recovery mode. Tested on Xiaomi Redmi Note
7 phone.
While at it, drop the unnecessary newline between 'compatible' and 'reg'
property.
