Different revisions of the Marvell 88q2xxx phy needs different init sequences. Add init sequence for Rev B1 and Rev B2. Rev B2 init sequence skips one register write. mv88q2xxx_config_init calls genphy_c45_read_pma which is done by mv88q2xxx_read_status, it calls also mv88q2xxx_config_aneg which is also called by the PHY state machine. Let the PHY state machine handle the phydriver ops in their intendend way. Marvell 88Q2xxx devices follow the same scheme, after configuration they need a soft reset. Soft resets differ between devices, so we use the .soft_reset callback instead of creating .config_aneg callbacks for each device.
