Pull ARM SoC fixes from Olof Johansson:
"Here's a long-pending fixes pull request for arm-soc (I didn't send
one in the -rc4 cycle).
The larger deltas are from:
- A fixup of error paths in the mvsdio driver
- Header file move for a driver that hadn't been properly converted
to multiplatform on i.MX, which was causing build failures when
included
- Device tree updates for at91 dealing mostly with their new pinctrl
setup merged in 3.8 and mistakes in those initial configs
The rest are the normal mix of small fixes all over the place; sunxi,
omap, imx, mvebu, etc, etc."

As we use platform_device_id for fsl-usb2-udc driver, it needs to

As mach/hardware.h is deleted, we need to use platform_device_id to
differentiate SoCs. Besides, one cpu_is_mx35 is useless as it has
already used pdata to differentiate runtime

The hardware reset value of bit CCM_CLPCR_LPM enables WAIT mode
(WAIT_UNCLOCKED) by default. However this is undesirable because
WAIT mode should only be enabled when there is a driver managing
ARM clock gating. Correct the initial power mode to WAIT_CLOCKED
(disable WAIT mode). While at it, the power mode after resuming
is also set back to WAIT_CLOCKED from STOP_POWER_OFF.

It's buggy to disable the cpu that is being hot-unplugged in .cpu_die
hook which runs on the cpu itself. Instead, it should be done in
.cpu_kill which runs on the thread (another cpu) that asks for shutting
down the cpu. Move imx_enable_cpu(cpu, false) call into .cpu_kill
hook, and leave the cpu to be hot-unplugged in WFI within .cpu_die,
so that we can get a more stable cpu hot-plug operation.

commit c045e3f13 (ARM: imx: include iram.h rather than mach/iram.h) changed the
location of iram.h, which causes the following build error when building the coda
driver:
drivers/media/platform/coda.c:27:23: error: mach/iram.h: No such file or directory
drivers/media/platform/coda.c: In function 'coda_probe':

drivers/media/platform/coda.c: In function 'coda_remove':
drivers/media/platform/coda.c:2024: error: implicit declaration of function 'iram_free'
Since the content of iram.h is not imx specific, move it to
include/linux/platform_data/imx-iram.h instead. This is an intermediate solution
until the i.MX iram allocator is converted to the generic SRAM allocator.

Since commit 62e4d357a (ARM: 7609/1: disable errata work-arounds which access
secure registers) ARM_ERRATA_743622/751472 depends on !ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM.
Since imx has been converted to multiplatform, the following warning happens:
$ make imx_v6_v7_defconfig
warning: (SOC_IMX6Q && ARCH_TEGRA_2x_SOC && ARCH_TEGRA_3x_SOC) selects
ARM_ERRATA_751472 which has unmet direct dependencies (CPU_V7 &&
!ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM)
warning: (SOC_IMX6Q && ARCH_TEGRA_3x_SOC) selects ARM_ERRATA_743622
which has unmet direct dependencies (CPU_V7 && !ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM)
warning: (SOC_IMX6Q && ARCH_TEGRA_3x_SOC) selects ARM_ERRATA_743622
which has unmet direct dependencies (CPU_V7 && !ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM)
warning: (SOC_IMX6Q && ARCH_TEGRA_2x_SOC && ARCH_TEGRA_3x_SOC) selects
ARM_ERRATA_751472 which has unmet direct dependencies (CPU_V7 &&

Recommended approach is to remove ARM_ERRATA_743622/751472 from being selected

The MIPI/HSP clocks were recently turned on in the i.MX51 clock tree.
It turned out that the system does not work properly when the MIPI/HSP
clocks are enabled, but the IPU clock is disabled. This happens when
IPU support is disabled. In this case the IPU clock gets disabled when
the clock framework turns off unused clock in a late_initcall. This
is broken since:

| ARM i.MX5: switch IPU clk support to devicetree bindings
|
| The i.MX5 clk support has platform based clock bindings for the
| IPU. IPU support is devicetree only, so move them over to devicetree
| based bindings. Also, enable MIPI clocks which do not have a device

platforms; Kirkwood, tegra, i.MX, Exynos, zynq and a couple of other
smaller series as well.
ux500 has seen continued conversion for platforms. Several platforms

multiplatform. Tegra is adding data for new devices/drivers, and
Exynos has a bunch of new bindings and devices added as well.

In current code the ethernet PLL is not handled correctly. The PLL runs at 500MHz
and has different outputs. Only the enet reference clock is implemented. This
patch changes the PLL so that it outputs 500MHz and adds the additional outputs
as dividers. This now matches the datasheet which says:
> This PLL synthesizes a low jitter clock from 24 MHz reference clock.
> The PLL outputs a 500 MHz clock. The reference clocks generated by this PLL are:
> • Ref_PCIe = 125 MHz
> • Ref_SATA = 100 MHz

This patch sets HPM (Host power mask bit) to bit 16 according to i.MX
Reference Manual. Falsely it was set to bit 8, but this controls pull-up
Impedance.

The error-valued pointer clk is used for the arg of kfree, it should be
kfree(gate) if clk_register() return ERR_PTR().

imx6q gets 5 uart ports in total. Different board design may choose
different port as debug uart. For example, imx6q-sabresd uses UART1,
imx6q-sabrelite uses UART2 and imx6q-arm2 uses UART4. Rather than
bloating DEBUG_LL choice list with all these uart ports, the patch
introduces DEBUG_IMX6Q_UART_PORT for users to input uart port number
when DEBUG_IMX6Q_UART is selected inside DEBUG_LL choice.

This completes the list of clock gates on the i.MX25. There are
several clocks marked as reserved in the datasheet, but nevertheless
used in the Freescale kernel. Add some comments to their positions
and add 'reservedx' entries to the clk enum. This way we can replace
them with the real names should we need them later. Adding the reserved
entry names will help us keeping the clk numbers when moving to devicetree.

If the mother board version number is odd, emmaprp() for
format conversion + UVC camera will be used.
Otherwise mx2_camera and m2m-deinterlacer will be registered.
For both cases Coda video codec is registered.
