For Exynos4x12 platforms, add CPU operating points (using
opp-v2 bindings) and CPU regulator supply properties for
migrating from Exynos specific cpufreq driver to using
generic cpufreq driver.

Recent patch by Tomasz Figa ("irqchip: gic: Fix core ID calculation
when topology is read from DT") fixed GIC driver to filter cluster ID
from values returned by cpu_logical_map() for SoCs having registers
mapped without per-CPU banking making it is possible to add CPU nodes
for Exynos4 SoCs. In case of Exynos SoCs these CPU nodes are also
required by future changes adding initialization of cpuidle states in
Exynos cpuidle driver through DT.
Tested on Origen board (Exynos4210 SoC) and Trats2 (Exynos4412 SoC).

This patch move common dt data of interrupt combiner controller to
exynos4x12.dtsi. Each Exynos4x12 SoC has different number of interrput combiner
as following:
- Exynos4212 : interrput combiner 18(0 ~ 17)
- Exynos4412 : interrput combiner 20(0 ~ 19)
The exynos combiner driver initialize interrupt according to specific number
of interrput combiner.
- samsung,combiner-nr : The number of interrput combiners supported.
Also,
This patch arrange again the dt data according to register address
in exynos4212/exynos4412.dtsi.

For MCT block compatible with "samsung,exynos4412-mct", that uses PPI
interrupts for local timers, only one local interrupt needs to be
specified, since it is a per-processor interrupt.
This allows moving MCT node of Exynos4x12 SoCs back to common
exynos4x12.dtsi, since they have the same set of interrupts to be
specified, which was the only difference.
