Merge branch 'for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mason/linux-btrfs
Pull btrfs fixes from Chris Mason:
"This has our series of fixes for the next rc. The biggest batch is
from Jan Schmidt, fixing up some problems in our subvolume quota code
and fixing btrfs send/receive to work with the new extended inode
refs."
