rpmsg: Split rpmsg core and virtio backend
Extract the generic rpmsg core functionality from the virtio rpmsg
implementation, splitting the implementation in a rpmsg core and a
virtio backend.
Based on initial work by Sricharan R <sricharan@codeaurora.org>
