Merge tag 'irqchip-core-4.8' of git://git.infradead.org/users/jcooper/linux into irq/core
Pull irqchip core changes from Jason Cooper:
- bcm283x avoid handle_IRQ
- Fix sparse warnings on __iomem
- Fix static functions
- Fix missing includes
- Replace __raw IO accessors to support big endian
