fixup: simplify SavageUpdateDevices
For setting psav->CrtOnly: Should we really ignore the CRT_ACTIVE bit here, or can we simply check iDeviceList == CRT_ACTIVE instead? And mask it with ACTIVE_DEVICES if DUO_ON should be ignored?
