From f08376f22d6464a17e6423a8e8152c7eb09007b2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Aaron Watry Date: Tue, 23 Feb 2016 14:43:09 +0000 Subject: math: Add ilogb ported from amd-builtins The scalar float/double function bodies are a direct copy/paste with usage of the CLC wrappers to vectorize them.
